1. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel before substantive work begins, the order may qualify for a full or near-full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service, subject to any non-recoverable payment-processing costs and mandatory consumer rights.
2. Cancellation after work begins
If research, writing, editing, specialist review or another substantive part of the agreed service has begun, any refund will normally be adjusted to reflect the work already completed and resources already committed to the order.
3. Urgent orders
Urgent services may begin soon after confirmation in order to meet the requested deadline. This can reduce the time available to cancel before work starts. If an urgent order is cancelled, the completed portion will be assessed at the time the cancellation request is received.
4. Changes are not always cancellations
If you want to change the deadline, word count, topic, academic level or service type, contact us before cancelling. Where practical, we may be able to revise the scope instead. A material change can affect price and delivery timing.
5. Cancellation by QuickEduHelp
QuickEduHelp may decline or cancel a service where the request cannot be completed lawfully, safely, within the agreed scope, or where essential information/payment is not provided. If we cancel an order for reasons not caused by customer misuse, any unearned portion of the payment will be assessed for refund.
6. How to cancel
Send the cancellation request to contact@quickeduhelp.com or the active customer-support channel and include enough information to identify the order. The effective cancellation time is when the request is received through an approved contact channel.
