QUICKEDUHELP POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use QuickEduHelp, request a quote or purchase an academic support service.

Effective: 16 August 2026Last updated: 16 August 2026

1. Using QuickEduHelp

By using the website or confirming a paid service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any written scope, quotation or order confirmation provided for that service. If an order confirmation contains a specific term that conflicts with a general term on this page, the specific written order term will normally control for that order.

2. Service scope

QuickEduHelp provides academic writing help, research support, editing and proofreading, subject-aware assignment/coursework support, dissertation and thesis support, homework help, and exam-preparation services. The precise deliverables, deadline and price should be confirmed before paid work begins.

Services may include planning, research direction, literature searching, outlining, feedback, editing, referencing, methodology guidance, data-analysis interpretation, practice questions, revision planning and other support described in the agreed scope.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, deadlines and relevant materials. You should review all work, feedback or edited material before using it and ensure that your use complies with your institution's rules, assessment instructions and applicable law.

You must not provide credentials that allow another person to impersonate you in a protected institutional system or assessment environment.

4. Academic integrity and acceptable use

QuickEduHelp services are intended to support learning, research, writing, editing and preparation. Customers remain responsible for the academic work they submit and for complying with institutional rules. Prohibited uses are explained in our Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Quotations, pricing and payment

Prices may vary according to the type of service, academic level, subject, deadline, word count, complexity, research requirements and requested deliverables. A quotation applies only to the scope described when it was issued.

Where additional work is requested after the scope has been agreed, QuickEduHelp may provide a revised quotation before completing the added work.

6. Deadlines and customer delays

Deadlines are based on the information and materials available when the service is confirmed. If essential instructions, files, approvals or responses are supplied late, the delivery timetable may need to change. We will communicate material timing issues as soon as reasonably practical.

7. Revisions

Revision requests are governed by the Revision Policy. A revision is intended to align delivered work with the original agreed scope. New instructions, a changed research question, additional sources, new analysis or a substantially expanded brief may require a new quotation.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, and cancellations are handled under the Cancellation Policy. Eligibility can depend on when the request is made, whether work has started, what has already been delivered, and the circumstances of the order.

9. Intellectual property and customer materials

You retain rights you already hold in the materials you provide. You give QuickEduHelp permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain records, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute.

QuickEduHelp retains rights in its website, brand assets, original templates, tools and internal service materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Third-party services and sources

Academic research and website services may rely on third-party databases, journals, software, payment providers, hosting providers or external links. Availability and terms of those third-party services are outside QuickEduHelp's direct control.

11. No guaranteed academic outcome

QuickEduHelp does not guarantee a particular grade, score, publication decision, supervisor approval or institutional outcome. Academic results depend on many factors outside the service provider's control, including the student's own work, assessment rules and marking decisions.

12. Limitation and fair use of the service

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickEduHelp is responsible for the service it expressly agrees to provide, but is not responsible for indirect losses caused by matters outside reasonable control, misuse of the service, inaccurate instructions or changes made after delivery by third parties or the customer.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website, services or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is confirmed will normally govern that order unless a later change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
