1. When a refund may be available
A refund or partial refund may be considered when:
- a duplicate payment was made;
- QuickEduHelp cannot provide the agreed service and no suitable alternative is accepted;
- a cancellation is made before substantive work begins;
- a material part of the agreed service cannot be delivered; or
- another circumstance is expressly covered by the written order confirmation.
2. Work already completed
Where work has started, a refund may be reduced to reflect research, writing, editing, specialist time, administrative work or other parts of the agreed service already completed. Where a substantial deliverable has already been provided, the completed portion is normally not refundable simply because the customer later changes direction.
3. Quality or scope concerns
If you believe a delivery does not follow the original agreed scope, contact us promptly and identify the specific requirement that was missed. Where the concern can reasonably be corrected within the original scope, the first remedy may be a revision under the Revision Policy.
A new supervisor comment, changed topic, added dataset, new source requirement or new instruction issued after the original scope was agreed is not automatically evidence that the original service was defective.
4. Deadline concerns
If QuickEduHelp misses a confirmed deadline for reasons within its reasonable control, we will assess the effect of the delay and the portion of the service affected. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include expedited completion, a partial refund or another agreed resolution.
Delays caused by late instructions, missing customer materials, changed requirements or events outside reasonable control are assessed separately.
5. Duplicate or incorrect payments
Verified duplicate payments or obvious payment errors should be reported as soon as possible. Once confirmed, the duplicate amount will be returned through an appropriate payment route, subject to any processing constraints imposed by the payment provider.
6. Non-refundable situations
A refund will not normally be available solely because:
- the customer changes the topic, deadline or instructions after work has been completed;
- the customer receives a grade or decision they did not expect;
- the customer does not use a delivered service;
- the concern relates to requirements that were not part of the agreed scope; or
- the service has already been fully delivered and conforms materially to the agreed scope.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
7. How to request a refund
Email contact@quickeduhelp.com with the order or enquiry reference, the amount in question, the reason for the request and the specific part of the agreed scope affected. We may ask for supporting information needed to review the request.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally returned through an appropriate payment method. Processing times can vary by bank, card issuer or payment provider. We will confirm the approved amount and status when the refund is initiated.
